As an
Associate you are not employed by us; instead you
work for yourself under the
RE/MAX
brand. You will be assigned an area for which you
have sole responsibility - in the main, for every
client in that region you are their sole contact,
from listing to completion. As well as Welsh
properties you may also decide to get involved in our
worldwide property business -
Associates can sell any
RE/MAX
listing in any country.
Becoming a
RE/MAX
Associate combines all the benefits of running
your own business with the goodwill and backup of a
global brand. Its your business, but you are part of
a team and have access to all the resources this
implies.
The
RE/MAX
approach is tried and tested across the globe, and is
currently taking the UK market by storm.
RE/MAX
plan to open 1000 branches across Wales, Scotland,
Ireland and England in the coming years. We offer our

When you join
RE/MAX
you will undertake
the
RE/MAX
Associate Training Program where you will study
for a simplified version of the International
Realtors licence. Although the UK estate agency
industry does not legally require such training, we
feel it is important that our people have a good
foundation in the ethics and legal requirements of
our business.
Once trained you
will undertake an ongoing mentoring programme. You
will need to learn everything there is to know about
your area - from where the local schools are to the
name of the local GP. With a thorough understanding
of your area you will be able to offer a far greater
level of service to your clients.

A personal

employee earns between 12,000 and 15,000 per year and

Sales Associates are very different. Average
earning are approximately 83,000 and evening and
weekend appointments are available. We feel we
attract professionals, business people, people with
ambition and not afraid of hard work and self
responsibility.
