Complaints Procedure
In relation to any complaint please write to Ceri McMahon, at RE/MAX Associates, 98 Cowbridge Road East, Canton, Cardiff, CF11 9DX.  We endeavour to acknowledge the complaint within seven days and will immediately investigate the complain and hope to resolve the matter with a total of 28 days.
